The Crown Lands Resumption Ordinances, 1900 and 1930.

No. 252.–It is hereby notified, under section 6 of the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance, 1930, that the Board of Arbitrators appointed to determine the amount of compensation to be paid in respect of the resumption of Lots Nos. 95, 102, 6221 and 6223, Survey District I, is constituted as follows: -

Mr. THOMAS MAYNARD HAZLERIGO, M.C., Justice of the Peace, Chairman.

Mr. HENRY EDWARD GOLDSMITH, nominated by His Excellency the Governor. Mr. JOHN CAER CLARK, Architect and Civil Engineer, nominated by the Chairman

on behalf of the owner.

It is hereby further notified that the Chairman hereby appoints Tuesday, the 5th day of May, 1931, at 2.15 o'clock in the afternoon, at the Sanitary Board Room, Post Office Buildings, Hong Kong, as the time and place for the Board to commence its sittings.

Any person claiming compensation, whether as owner or otherwise, by reason of such resumption must, before the commencement of the sittings of the Board, transmit to the Colonial Secretary, for transmission to the Board, a written claim stating the nature of his right or interest in the land and the amount which he seeks to recover.
