Regulations made by the Governor in Council under section 2 of the Emergency Regulations Ordinance, 1922, Ordinance No. 5 of 1922, on the 17th day of April, 1931.
1. The Regulation made by the Governor in Council under section 2 of the Emer- gency Regulations Ordinance, 1922, extending the powers of Magistrates under section 4 of the Arms and Ammunition Ordinance, 1900, published in the Gazette Extraordinary of the 6th July, 1925, by Government Notification No. 399 and in the Regulations of Hong Kong, 1844-1925 on page 803, is rescinded.
2. Regulation I of the Regulations made by the Governor in Council under section 2 of the Emergency Regulations Ordinance, 1922, published in the Gazette Extraordi- nary of the 9th July, 1925, by Government Notification No. 400 and in the Regulations of Hong Kong, 1814-1925 ou pages 803 to 804, is amended by the deletion of all the words after the figure "1845; at the end of paragraph (3) thereof and by the substi- tution therefor of the words "shall be liable upon summary conviction before a Magis- trate to the penalties provided by section 3 of the Emergency Regulations Ordinance, 1922."

No. 239.-His Excellency the Governor in Council has been pleased to direct under section 7 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, Ordinance No. 1 of 1903, that the names of Mr. RICHARD EDMUND LEE and Mr. IP HIN FONG be added to the List of Authorized Architects published in Government. Notification No. 669 of the 31st October, 1930.
