Regulation made by the Governor in Council under section 4 of the Pilots Ordinance, 1930, Ordinance No. 11 of 1930, on the 16th day of March, 1931.
The Regulations in the Schedule to the Pilots Ordinance, 1930, Ordinance No. 11 of 1930, are amended as follows:-
(i) in regulation 6, by the rescission of the word "vessels" and by the substi-
tution therefor of the word "ships";
(ii) in regulation 8, by the rescission of the word "vessel" and by the substi-
tution therefor of the word "ship";
(iii) in Appendix B, by the rescission of the word "steamship" and by the
substitution therefor of the word "ship".

Regulation made by the Governor in Council under section 5 of the Dangerous Goods Ordinance, 1873, Ordinance No. 1 of 1873, on the 17th day of March, 1931.
The following Regulation shall be added after Regulation 11 set forth on pages 24 and 25 of the Regulations of Hong Kong, 1844-1925, under the heading "Dangerous goods in general": -
12. No fee shall be levied under the Official Signatures Ordinance, 1888, Ordi- nance No. 1 of 1888, in respect of any dangerous goods belonging to His Majesty's Government or to His Majesty's Naval or Military Autho- rities.
