11. Census Bill.-The Attorney General addressed the Council and moved the First reading of a Bill intituled “An Ordinance to make provision for taking from time to time the Census of the Colony."

12. Merchant Shipping Amendment Bill.-The Attorney General addressed the Council and moved the First reading of a Bill intituled "An Ordinance to amend the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899."
