named Company are required, on or before the 21st day of March, 1907, to send their names and addresses and the particulars of their debts or claims to JOHN HENNESSEY SETH of Victoria, Hongkong, the Liquidator of the said Company, and if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, to come in and prove their said debts or claims. or in default thereof, they will be excluded from any distribution of assets of the said Company made before such debts or claims are proved.

OTICE is hereby given that the KWONG HEE YING of No. 264 Des Voeux Road. Victoria, Hongkong, Merchants, have on the 27th day of July 1906 applied for the registra- tion in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Marks, viz.:-
1. The representation of a Parrot perched on the branch of a tree with extended wings above which are the words The Parrot" and below the words Kwong Hee Ying".
2. The representation of a sprig of a vine bearing three bunches of grapes above which is the word "Grapes" and below the words "Kwong Hee Ying". 3. The representation of a Crab standing on some wisps of corn above which are the words The Crab" and below the words → Kwong Hee Ying".
in the name of the said KWONG HEE YING who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.

OTICE is hereby given that BRITISH- AMERICAN TOBACCO COMPANY, LIM- ITED, Registered Office, Cecil Chambers, 86, Strand. London, W.C., England; Tobacco Manufacturers, have on the 17th day of August 1906 applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :-
A label having in the upper part a curved band bearing the words The Three Castles' Cigarettes ". Underneath the band is a Shield hearing a chevron and the pictures of Three Castles. On one side of the shield is the name
W. D. & H. O. Wills" and on the other side "Bristol & London". Reneath the shield is a band bear- ing the words "There's no sweeter Tobacco comes from Virginia & no better brand than the "Three Castles
At Thackeray, The Virginians "." the foot of the label is the represen- tation of a Star and on each side thereof is a prize medal and words referring thereto. At the left hand side of the label is a band containing the words "Every Genuine package of The Three Castles' Cigarettes has the signature thus :-". Then fol- lows the facsimile signature W. D. & H. O. Wills". The Trade Mark has been used by the Appli- cants in respect of the following goods :
Manufactured Tobacco, in Class 45.
