ORDER OF DISSOLUTION.
No. 536. In exercise of the powers vested in him by the Societies Ordinance, 1911, His Excellency the Governor in Council is pleased to order and it is hereby ordered that the YAN YI TONG, YAN YI TONG First Branch, YAN YI TONG Second Branch, and TSAP YING TONG, registered guilds, be dissolved.

Rules made by the Governor in Council under section 3 of the Boarding House Ordi- nance, 1917, Ordinance No. 23 of 1917, this 20th day of November, 1919.
The Rules made by the Governor in Council under section 44 (1) of the Asiatic Emigration Ordinance, 1915, and section 3 of the Boarding House Ordinance 1917, on the 18th day of October, 1917, and published in the Gazette on the 19th day of October, 1917, as Government Notification 464, are hereby amended as follows:-
1. In Rule 3 at the end, by adding
Every applicant for a licence for a Ku Li Kun Boarding House shall furnish the Secretary for Chinese Affairs with two copies of a photo- graph of such applicant such photograph to be taken by some photo- grapher approved for this purpose by the Secretary for Chinese Affairs. 2. In the Second Schedule by deleting the words "No security" in the second column of the said schedule opposite Class V and by substituting therefor the words or figures "$50".
