No. 496.-It is hereby notified that the SHANGHAI COTTON MANUFACTURING Com- PANY, LIMITED, have applied for leave to add and alter, in a manner not substantially affecting the identity of the same, their trade mark No. 46 of 1904, registered in class 23 in respect of "Cotton Yarn".
The alterations are :—
1. The stripes on the bodies of the two tigers are less closely and heavily
marked.
2. There is shading under the feet of the two tigers.
3. The name of the proprietors is the Shanghai Cotton Manufacturing Com-
pany, Limited.
Representation of the trade mark as altered is deposited for inspection in this Office.
