SUGAR CONVENTION BILL.-The Attorney General moved the Second reading of the Bill intituled An Ordinance to repeal the Sugar Convention Ordinance, 1904.

PLACES OF PUBLIC ENTERTAINMENT REGULATION BILL.-The Attorney General moved the Second reading of the Bill intituled An Ordinance to consolidate and amend the law relating to Places of Public Entertainment.

Mr. ALABASTER addressed the Council, and the Attorney General moved that the Bill stand over for further consideration and that the Regulations be referred to the Standing Law Committee.
