It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to Section 5 of the Criminal Procedure Ordinances, 1899-1913, His Honour the Chief Justice has ordered that the next Criminal Sessions for the despatch of the business of the Court shall be held on Monday, the 20th day of October, 1919, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon.

MAGISTRACY.

No. 478. Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Licensing Board will be held in the Council Chamber on Friday, the 7th day of November, 1919, at 12.15 p.m., for the purpose of considering applications for Publicans' Licences, Restaurant Adjunct Licences and Hotel Keepers' Adjunct Licences for the year 1919-1920, under the Liquors Consolidation Ordinance, 1911.

Forms of applications may be obtained at the Magistracy.

All applications must be forwarded to the Magistracy on or before Wednesday, the 22nd day of October, 1919, and must be accompanied by a deposit of Eight Dollars.

Applicants for transfers or new licences, and persons objecting to such applications, must appear in person.
