Cement Company, Limited, whose regis- tered-office is situate at Exchange Building, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, have ou the 17th day of November, 1930, applied for the Registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark ;-

in the name of Green Island Cement Company. Limited, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has not hitherto been useit

by the Applicants but it is their intention to
