No. 460.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under instructions from the Secretary of State for the Colonies, to recognise Mr. JOHN J. CUNNINGHAM as Vice Consul of the United States of America at Hongkong.

No. 461.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. HAROLD KENNARD HOLMES to be Assistant Land Officer, with effect from the 1st September, 1919.

2nd October, 1919.

No. 462.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint the following officers to act as his Honorary Aides-de-Camp-

Lieutenant J. K. MCCONNELL, 74th Punjabis.

Subadar Major ROSHAN KHAN, Hongkong-Singapore Battalion, Royal Garrison

No. 463.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint, under Section 19 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, Ordinance No. 1 of 1903, Police Sergeant A 45 E. Fox to be a Sanitary Inspector for Kowloon City, vice Inspector W. DAVITT, with effect from the 3rd October, 1919.
