a Trade Mark.

OTICE is hereby given that Green Island Cement Company, Limited, whose regis- tered office is situate at Exchange Building, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, have on the 17th day of November, 1930, applied for the Registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :---

EMERALCRETE

in the name of Green Island Cement Company, Limited, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicants but it is their intention to use same forthwith in respect of :--

Rapid Hardening Cement, in Class 17. The said Trade Mark is to be associated with Trade Mark No. 187 of 1897.

Facsimiles of such Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks

of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.

The Applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the re- presentation of Flashlight and Bulb.
