Reclamation Works at North Point.
On and after 1st December, 1930, a staging will be placed in Latitude 22° 17′ 41′′, Longitude 114° 12′ 05" to mark the Western, and a point on the Chinese Bathing Club Shed in Latitude 22° 17′ 39′′, Longitude 114° 12′ 14" will mark the Eastern extremity of reclamation work in progress. A red flag by day and a fixed red light by night will be shown on the above positions and shipping navigating in the vicinity is advised that it is dangerous to approach the shore between these two points.
