NOTICE is hereby given that Southern California Fish Corporation, a Cor- poration of the State of California, and of Terminal Island, California, U.S.A., have, on the 21st day of April, 1930, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Marks :--

in the name of Southern California Fish Corporation, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof,
The Trade Marks have been used by the Applicants in respect of:- Canned fish, smoked fish and preserved fish, in Class 42.
The Applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the re-
presentation of a fish appearing in the "Senorita" Trade Mark.
