EXECUTIVE COUNCIL.

No. 440. It is hereby notified that the following club has been exempted by the Officer Administering the Government in Council from registration under the Socie- ties Ordinance, 1911, Ordinance No. 47 of 1911, and its name is hereby added to the List of Exempted Societies, published in Government Notification No. 184 of 1919, under the following heading:--

Sport (Non-Chinese). Lusitano Sporting Association.

No. 441.--It is hereby notified that the following club has been exempted by the Officer Administering the Government in Council from registration under the Socie- ties Ordinance, 1911, Ordinance No. 47 of 1911, and its name is hereby added to the List of Exempted Societies, published in Government Notification No. 184 of 1919, under the following heading :---

Hongkong Amateur Photographers' Association.

No. 442.-It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government in Council has given directions for, the rescission, so far as it affects Shanghai, of the Order of the 31st July, 1919, published in the Gazette of that date as Government Notification No. 342, proclaiming Shanghai to be a place at which an infectious or contagious disease prevailed, and the same is hereby rescinded.

Order by the Officer Administering the Government in Council under section 10 of the Dangerous Goods Ordinance, 1873, Ordinance No. 1 of 1873, on the 25th day of September,

1919.

The Conditions of Licence :-

(a) To store Petroleum in Bulk and to otherwise deal in petroleum, and (b) To store Petroleum Fuel.

are hereby amended by the deletion of number 5 thereof and the necessary renum- bering of the Conditions following.
