in the name of Brooke Bond, Ceylon, Limited, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark has been used by the Ap- plicants in respect of Tea in Class 42.

The Transferee intends to carry on the said business at No. 53, Bonham Strand West Victoria, aforesaid and will not assume the liabilities incurred by the Transferor in the said business.
