Des Voeux Road Central, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong have agreed to sell and Hing Kee

() of No. 18 La Chit Street, (ground floor), Victoria, aforesaid have agreed to pur- chase the business, goodwill, stock-in-trade, furniture, fixtures and fittings of the said Sun Mian Woo Company and that the purchase will be completed at the offices of Messrs. Wilkinson & Grist on the 31st day of October, 1930. Notice is hereby also given that the said Hing Kee intend to carry on the said business as from the said 1st day of November, 1930, at Nos. 99 and 101, Des Voeux Road Central, Victoria, aforesaid under the style of Sun Maa Woo Hing Kee Company. And notice is hereby further given that the debts of the said Sun Man Woo Company incurred up to the said 31st day of October, 1930, are to be paid by Sun Man Woo Company that the said Hing Kee will assume no responsibility therefor.
