OTICE is hereby given that a Petition' presented to this Court on the 1st day of October 1930 for confirming the reduction of the Capital of the above named Company from $1,000,000.00 to $200,000.00 is directed to be heard before His Honour Mr. Justice Wood, Acting Chief Justice on Saturday the 8th day of November 1930, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon.
Any creditor or shareholder of the Com- pany desiring to oppose the making of an order for the reduction of the capital of the said Company under the above Ordinances should appear at the time of hearing by himself or his Counsel for that purpose.
A copy of the Petition will be furnished to any creditor or shareholder of the Company requir- ing the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charges for the same.
