No. 406. His Majesty the KING has been pleased to approve the appointment of the Honourable Mr. EDWARD VICTOR DAVID PARR to be an Unofficial Member of the Legis- lative Council during the absence on leave of the Honourable Mr. PERCY HOBSON HOLYOAK.

No. 407.-His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint Mr. JAMES ARTHUR EDWARD BULLOCK, M.B.E., temporarily to act as Clerk of Councils, with effect from the 6th September, 1919.
