No. 399. -With reference to Government Notifications Nos. 152 and 278 of the 4th April and the 20th June, 1919, it is hereby notified that His Majesty's Government have decided to accept as being of Colonial produce or manufacture articles which owe at least 75 per cent. of their total value to Colonial labour and materials.
