The Lots are sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent. Lot No. 1 as Orchard Lot and Lot No. 2 as Agricultural Lot, subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 570 of 1924, and to Special Conditions Nos. 1 (a), (b) and (c) in the above Government Notification.
