(黎寳善堂) Mak Man (麥晚)of 1923, Notice is hereby given that Tong Kui Lam Shu (林樹) Chow Yin Hei (鄒

Yin(唐鉅演) alias Tong Yee Ting 賢喜)and Chow Wing Fook (鄒永(唐怡庭) of No. 190, Wing Lok Street, 福) for and on behalf of themselves and their partners Cheung Suk Kan ( 勤) and Chow Yin Hei (鄒賢喜)

all of Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, carrying on business as Boarding House keepers, under the firm or style of ·Sai Kai Shing Kee" Boarding House at No. 121, Connaught Road Central, Victoria, aforesaid (hereinafter called "The Transferore), have by an Assign- nment dated the 19th day of September, 1930, assigned the said business to Chan Ming Fu

West, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, Trustee of the will of Tong Yuk Chi alias Tong Yan Kee deceased (hereinafter called "the Yoo Hing Tong alias Tong Hing Yuen alias Transferor") has by an Agreement dated the 23rd day of September, 1930, agreed to assign the share of the sail deceased of and in the business of the Yu Shang Lung Firm of No. 243, Wing Lok Street, West, Victoria, aforesaid to Tong Kwan Woon (唐焜垣)

of No. 243, Wing Lok Street, West, aforesaid the Managing Partner, thereof (hereinafter called “the Transferee") as from the 24th day

(陳明富) Yu Pak Hang (余百 of October, 1930. 行) and So Sui Ying (蘇瑞英) all

of Victoria aforesaid (hereinafter called "The Transferees")

The Transferee intends to carry on the said business at Nos. 243, Wing Lok Street, West, aforesaid and will not assume any of the
