9. The Licensee may not transfer the business of money changer to other premises without first obtaining the permission in writing of the Captain Superintendent of Police, who will endorse any alterations on the licence.

10. The Licensee must carry on his business entirely on his own premises and no obstruction to any street, thoroughfare or footpath by himself or his customers is per- missible.

11. The Licence may be cancelled by the Captain Superintendent of Police on one month's notice in writing being given to the Licensee at the licensed premises.

12. Every money changer who carries on business on board ships in Victoria Harbour must have a licence in his own name, and must produce the same when demanded by the Captain Superintendent of Police or any person deputed by him for this purpose.

13. No money changer may transfer his licence without the consent in writing of the Captain Superintendent of Police who will endorse the alteration of name on the licence.

14. No person may carry on the business of money changer between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. without the permission in writing of the Captain Superintendent of
