The above Trade Marks have not hitherto been used by the applicants
but it is their intention so to use them forthwith in respect of :-
(Prade Mark No. 1) Perfumery in Class 48.
(Trade Mark No. 2) White polishing fluid for polishing shoes, boots,
hats and other canvas materials in Class 50.
(Trade Mark No. 3) Face Cream in Class 48.
(Trade Mark No. 4) Preparation for the hair in Class 48. Trade Marks Nos. 1, 3, and 4 are associated with one another.
The applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the repre- sentation of Bottle and all written matter except the two Chinese characters meaning “Three Peoples" in Trade Mark No. 3. Representations of the above Trade Marks are deposited for inspection at the Offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks and of the undersigned.
