No. S. 361.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for Supplying and laying tarmacadam surfacing on the Island Road from the junction of Tytam Road towards Stanley Gap", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noou of Monday, the 15th day of September, 1930, for supplying and laying tarmacadam surfacing on the Island Road from the junction of Tytam Road towards Stanley Gap.
No work will be permitted on Sundays.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

The work consists of the erection of a Police Station including Indian Married Quarters and con- tingent work.
No work will be permitted on Sundays.
