Tan Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held at the Registered Office of the Company at No. 21, Queen's Street, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, on the 3rd day of August, 1930, of which notice specifying the intention to propose the resolu- tion as a Special Resolution was given and duly confirmed at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held at the same place on the 23rd day of August, 1930.

That it is desirable to reconstruct the Company with a view to registra- tion as a Company limited by Shares".

"That the Company be wound-up volun- tarily under the provisions of the Companies Ordinance 1911."

"That Yip Ming() of No.

21, Queen Street, Victoria, afore- said, be appointed the Liquidator for the purposes of such winding- up.

That the Liquidator be empowered to sell or assign the whole or any part of the assets of the Company to Sam Wo Hing & Company, Limited, whose registered office is situate at No. 21, Queen Street, Victoria, aforesaid, for such consideration as he may think fit.”
