The Trade Mark has been used by the Ap- plicants in respect of :-Knitting machine needles, in Class 13.
The Applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the word Torrington appearing in the Trade Mark.
The said Trade Mark is to be associated with Trade Mark No. 258 of 1924.
