The Lot is sold for the term of Five years from the date of sale with the right of renewal for a further 5 years for a Fish Pond only, at the highest Annual Crown Rent that shall be bid at the time of letting, subject to the General Conditions of Sale pub- lished in Government Notification No. 570 of 1924, and to the Special Conditions here- under specified.
