His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government in Council. has been pleased to direct, under section 7 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordi- nance, 1903, Ordinance No. 1 of 1903, that the name of Mr. OSCAR BOULTBEE RAVEN be added to the List of Authorized Architects published in Governnient Notification No. 117 of the 14th March, 1919.

COLONIAL SECRETARY'S DEPARTMENT.

No. 344.-It is hereby notified that restriction on the use of Wireless Telegraphy by Merchant Ships in Siamese territorial waters have been withdrawn.

No. 345. With reference to Government Notification No. 312 of the 11th' 1919, it is hereby notified that the fee for visa of Passport at the Consulate for Mexico is $4 Oro Nacional, and not $4 Mex. as stated. The approximate sterling equivalent is 8s. 4d.

To the Owner of Section A and the Remaining Portion of Lot No. 2339 in Survey District IV of the New Territories.

No. 346. It is hereby notified under section 4 of the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance, 1900, Ordinance No. 10 of 1900, that His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to nominate Mr. ARNOLD HACKNEY HOLLINGSWORTH to be a member of the Board of Arbitrators to determine the amount of compensation to be paid in respect of the resumption of Section A and the Remaining Portion of the said Lot No. 2339.

In the event of your failing to nominate a member to represent you on the said Board within seven days from the date of publication of this notice, the Chairman of the Board will appoint a person on your behalf.

To the Owner of Section B of Lot No. 2339 in Survey District IV of the New Territories,

No. 347. It is hereby notified under section 4 of the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance, 1900, Ordinance No. 10 of 1900, that His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to nominate Mr. ARNOLD HACKNEY HOLLINGSWORTH to be a member of the Board of Arbitrators to determine the amount of compensation to be paid in respect of the resumption of Section B of the said Lot No. 2339.
