It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for Latrine and Urinal at Davis Street (30 seats)", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Tuesday, the 5th day of August, 1930, for the supply of materials and construction of a latrine and urinal with drainage and any other contingent work.
No work will be permitted on Sundays.
For form of tender, specification and further particulars apply at this Office.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

No. S. 297.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should. be clearly marked "Tender for Widening of Gough Hill Road", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 11th day of August, 1930. The work comprises the widening of Gough Hill Road to 10 feet, surfacing an area adjacent to Lysholt and the provision of all necessary retaining walls, drainage and other contin- gent work.
No work will be permitted on Sundays.
