The Marks have been used by the Applicants, in respect of Natural Mineral Waters, in Class 44. The Applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of all the written matter appearing on the marks. Facsimiles of the above Marks may be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks or of the under-

signed.
