Inspections natside Manila harbour from 20th April. Third class passengers and new crew must comply with the vaccination requirements.

Inspections outside the ports from 1st April. Steerage passengers must comply with the vaccination require- ments. Cabin passengers must produce a vaccina- i tion certificate or be vaccinated by ships doctor or quarantine authorities.

Vessels detained at river month and passengers and crow vaccinated unless they can produce evidence of successful recent vaccination,

Vessels arriving at Manila or Cebu (or at other ports of eurry in the Philippine Islands) having loaded rice or peanuts (ground nuts) at Hong Kong must be fun.igated manediately upon arrival and prior to the discharge of cargo. At present fumigation can be performed only at Manila and Cebu.
