Transfers of Business Ordinance No. 25 of 1923, Notice is hereby given that Wong Ceung. Lan, of 112, Queen's Road, Victoria, in the
as Chinese Medicine Dealers under the style or firm name of Tin Fook Tong Yan Kee, of No. 58, Woo Shung Street, (Ground Floor), Yaumati, (hereinafter called "the transferor"), is desirous of transferring the said business of the said Tin Fook Tong Yan Kee, to Lai Pak Shui, of No. 41, Pottinger Street, Victoria, aforesaid (hereinafter called "the Transferce"), on the 28th day of June, 1930.
The Transferee intend to carry on the busi- ness at No. 58, Woo Sung Street, (Ground Floor), Yaumati, aforesaid and will not assume
the liabilities incurred by the Transferor, in the said business.
