Colony of Hong Kong, have, on the 5th day of April, 1930, applied for registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks :-

The above Trade Mark has been used by the Applicant since January, 1930, in respect of chemical substances prepared for use in medi- cine and pharmacy, in Class 3.

The Applicant disclaims the right to the exclusive

use of the Chinese characters

), meaning "Life Lengthening Powder"), meaning “Hong Kong" : and (E) meaning “Prepared under the

supervision of".
