Trade Marks Nos. 1 and 2 have not hitherto been used by the applicants but it is their intention so to use them forthwith in respect of Fruit Syrup in Class 42 and in respect of Singlets and Hosiery in Class 28, respectively,

Trade Marks Nos. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, have been used by the applicants in respect of :-

(Trade Mark No. 3) Hosiery, in Class 38 since 1926.

(Trade Mark No. 4) Articles of Clothing, in Class 38 since 1928.

(Trade Mark No. 5) Hair Cream in Class 48 since 1929.

(Trade Mark No. 6) Talcum Powder. in Class 48 since 1928.

(Trade Marks Nos. 7 and S), Face Cream, in Class 48 since 1929,

Trade Mark No. 9) Perfumed beautifying water for the skin and complexion, in Class 48, since 1918. The applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the words "Fruit Syrup" and the representation of fruits in Trade Mark No. 1.

Trade Mark No. 3 is associated with Trade Mark No. 213 of 1929, Trade Mark No. 9 is associated with Trade Mark No. 200 of 1929, Trade Marks Nos. 5, 6, 7 and 8 are associated with one another and with Trade Marks Nos. 175 of 1927, 202 to 205 of 1929 and 207 to 212 of 1929. Trade Marks Nos. 7 and 8 are also associated with Trade Mark No. 199 of 1929.

Representations of the above Trade Marks can be seen in the Offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks and of the undersigned.
