NOTICE is hereby given that at an Ex-

traordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held

at No. 286, Des Voeux Road Central, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, on the 14th day of March, 1930, the following Special Resolu- tion was passed and at a subsequent General Meeting of the same Company duly con- vened and held at the same place on the 2nd day of April, 1930, the said Resolution was duly confirmed, viz :-

"That the Company be wound up volun- tarily under the provisions of the Companies Ordinances 1911-1921 and that Sum Chung Hing and Chu Man Chuen both of No. 286, Des Vœux Road Central, aforesaid be hereby appointed Liquidators for the purpose of the winding-up."

The Trade Mark has been used by the Ap- plicants, since 1st October, 1921, in respect of the following goods:

Strand East, Hong Kong, has been voluntary wound-up on the 28th day of April. 1927, by order of the partners. On the 27th day of August, 1927, it was announced that share capitals of various partners should be refunded to them and all partnership books should be surrendered to us. Sometime in the 10th moon Ting Mau Year (October to November, 1927), and the 6th moon Mo Shan Year, July to August, 1928), dividend of profits were re- spectively declared and coupons were issued to various partners. On the 19th day of Septem- ber, 1929, we have announced in both the Wal Tsz Yat Po and the Tsun Wan Yat Po, that a final dividend of profits was to be declared and paid on the 3rd day of October. 1929, and requested all the partners to apply to us for · payment of their share capitals and dividends. They were also requested to apply to us for payment of same not later than the 29th day! of March, 1930, otherwise we shall be com- pelled to pay any unclaimed share capitals and dividends into the Tung Wah Hospital, as a donation for charitable purpose.

pointed time has lapsed and there are few partners who fail to come forward to apply to us for payment of their share capital and dividends, we beg further to announce that un- less the same is applied for at or before noon on the 27th day of May, 1930, we shall have no alternative but to pay the same into the Tung Wah Hospital as aforesaid so as to close up the affairs of the said liquidation.
