THE WINDING-UP OF THE WING CHEONG TAK KEE.

NOTIFICATION.

HE public is hereby respectfully notified: that this firm which had all along been carrying on its businesses at No. 28. Wing On Street, both as Aunam traders and as piece- goods dealers up to the 30th day of the 12th moon, Ki Tsz year, (29th January, 1930), was on that day voluntarily wound-up. It owed people no money either on account of loans borrowed or on account of goods bought, neither had it incurred liability by guaranteer- ing anybody on any account, On the 20th day of March, 1930, that is, the 21st day of the 2nd moon, Kang Ng year, the piece-goods business was assigned to Tsun Ho Po to take over and carry on, at the same time the Annam traders business was assigned to Tsun Yan Shan, Tsun Yau Tsun and Tsun Yan Po to take over and carry on. The above assignments having been completed, each party will look after its own affairs so that hereaftr the firm of Wing Cheong Tak Kee will be regarded as non-existent except for the collection of old debts and no more business will be carried on, no money borrowed, no guarantee given and no agreement executed in the name of the firm. Should any of these things happen same will be treated as invalid.
