Application for Registration of Trade Marks.
OTICE is hereby given that Dollfus-Mieg and Cie, of Mulhouse in the Republic of France, have, on the 15th day of March, 1924, Manufacturers, on the 17th day of March, applied for registration in Hong Kong, of the accompanying Trade Marks:-
Limited, of Lever House, Victoria,
Embankment, Blackfriars, London E.C.4
1930, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark, viz:--

in the name of the said Dollfus-Mieg and Cie, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
Marks Nos. (1) and (2) have been used by the Applicants since 1841 and 1873, respectively in respect of cotton lace, braids and tapes and all other cotton goods, not included in classes, 23, 24 or 28, in class 25 and in respect of linen, hemp yarn and thread in class 26 and in respect of silk, spun, thrown or sewing, in Class 30.
Mark No. (1) has been used by the Applicants since 1873 in respect of cotton yarn and thread, in class 23.
Facsimiles of the trade marks may be seen at the Offices of the Re-
in the name of the said Machisheries Limited, gistrar of Trade Marks, or of the undersigned. who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark has been used by the Appli- cants in respect of Preserved fish and preserved vegetables and substances used as food and ingredients in food in Class 42.
This mark is to be associated with Trade Mark No. 437 of 1929.
