OTICE is hereby given that 1. G. Farbon-

industric Atkiengesellschaft of Frank- November, 1929, applied for the registration in furt-on-Main, Germany, have, on the 6th day of Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks :---

in the name of Connell Brothers Company, Incorporated, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

in the name of 1, 6. Farbenindustrie Atkienge- sellschaft, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark "Movector" has not hitherto been used by the Applicants but it is their intention to use same forthwith in respect of:-Cameras, motion picture projectors and cinematographic cameras, in Class 8.

The Trade Mark "Movex has been used by the Applicants in respect of cameras, motion

in Class 8.

Trade Mark No. 1 has been used by the Applicants since April, 1926, Trade Marks Nos. 2, 3 and 4 have been used by the Applicants since the year picture projectors and cinematographic cameras, 1927, Trade Mark No. 5 has been used by the Applicants since October, 1928, and Trade Mark No. 6 has been used by the Applicants since 1st July 1929, all in respect of the following goods :-

Flour in Class 42.

Facsimiles of the above Trade Marks can be seen at the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks and also at the Office of the undersigned.
