OTICE is hereby given that The Nord- deutsche Wollkaemmerei & Kammgarn- spinnerei, of Bremen, Germany, have, on the 20th day of December, 1929, applied for re- gistration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark viz:-
in the name of The Norddeutsche Wollkaem- merei & Kammgarnspinnerei, of Bremen, Ger- many. This trade mark is intended to be used by the applicants in respect of Woollen thread, in Class 33. This mark is associated with the marks Nos. 184 and 185/1926, 200/1928 and 264/1929. The applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the letters "N.W.K.'

Motors Corporation, a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, doing business at West Grand Roulevard and Cass Avenue, in the City of Detroit, County of Wayne, State of Michigan, United States of America, have, on the 13th day of December, 1929, applied for registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :--

in the name of General Motors Corporation, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark has been used by the Ap- plicants, since December, 1900, in respect of the following goods :-
