Choi Pui Yiu(蔡佩瑤)in the firm of Seing Hin Hong (勝與行) sugar impor-
ters and general merchants of No. 42, Bonham Strand, West, Victoria, Hong Kong, has been
dissolved as from 29th January, 1930. (Z 已年底止)
The business will be carried on as hitherto
by the said Choi Pui Yin() under the same style and at the same address as here- tofore.

in the name of The China Aerocrete Company, Limited, who claims to be the sole proprietor thereof.
The Trade Mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicant but it is its intention to use same forthwith in respect of substances for building or decoration, in Class 17.
A facsimile of such Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Ilong Kong and of the undersigned.
