The Trade Mark (1) is associated with the "8 Riders" mark of Pending Application No, 302 of 1929.

traordinary General Meeting of the Tai Shing Paper Manufacturing Company, Limited, duly convened and held at No. 21 Connaught Road West, Victoria, Hong Kong, on the 5th day of February, 1930, the following Resolution was duly passed and at a subsequent Extra- ordinary General Meeting of the same Company also duly convened and held at the same place on the 19th day of February, 1930, the said Re- solution was duly confirmed as a Special Re- solution, namely:

"That it is desirable to wind-up the Com- pany and accordingly that the Company be wound-up Voluntarily and that Mr. Cheung Man Hing of the Sui Kut Bank be and he is hereby appointed the liquidator for the purpose of such wind- ing-up.
