The Trade Mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicants but it is their intention to use same forthwith in respect of musical instru- iments including electrically driven musical instruments and parts thereof in Class 9.
Facsimiles of such Trade Mark can be seen at the Offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
