No. S. 46.-It is hereby notified that the following Sale of Crown Land by Public Auction will be hold at the District Office, South, Hong Kong, at 11 a.m., on Friday, the 14th day of February, 1930.

The Lot is sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 21 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent as a Building Lot, subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 570 of 1924.

The amount to be spent in rateable improvements to the satisfaction of the District Officer, South, within two years from the date of sale is $2,000.

SANITARY DEPARTMENT.

No. S. 35. In accordance with section 168 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, Ordinance No. 1 of 1903, it is hereby notified that the Government proposes to erect a Public Latrine at the north-west corner of the block accommodating the market fronting on Tung Shing Road on the West and facing Aberdeen Inland Lot No. S8 on the North.

If any owner or occupier in the immediate vicinity of such site objects to such erection, such objection must be sent in writing to the Colonial Secretary so as to reach his office not later than Friday, the 7th lay of February, 1930.
