No. 193. It is hereby notified for general information that the Board of Trade has issued a General Licence to the Customs permitting the inport into the United Kingdom of all foodstuffs

(1.) imported by Parcel Post,

(2.) accompanying passengers arriving in the United Kingdom, and

(3.) brought by Officers and men of His Majesty's ships in commission and of

the Mercantile Marine.
