Trade Mark No I has been used by the Applicants since April, 1926, Trade Marks Nos. 2, 3 and 4 have been used by the Applicants since the year 1927, Trade Mark No 5 has been used by the Applicants since October, 1928, and Trade Mark No. 6 has been used by the Applicants since 1st July 1929, all in respect of the following goods :-

Flour in Class 12.

Facsimiles of the above Trade Marks can be seen at the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks and also at the Office of the undersigned.

The Trade Mark "Movecter "has not hitherto been used by the Applicants but it is their intention to use same forthwith in respect of Cameras, motion picture projectors and cinematographic cameras, in Class S.

The Trade Mark "Movex" bas been used by the Applicants in respect of cameras, motion picture projectors and cinematographic cameras, in Class 8.

The said Trade Marks are to be associated with the "Movex and Movector marks respectively, of Pending Application No. 337 of 1929.

Facsimiles of such Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong, and of the undersigned.
