OTICE is hereby given that Choy On MR. Siew Kwan Wong, doth hereby give

Lee, (FI), of Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong. Merchant, trading under the stylo or firm name of "Choy On Lee' as Medicine dealers at No. 344, Queen's Road Central, Victoria, aforesaid, (thereinafter called

"the Transferrer"), is desirous of transferring

the business of the said Choy On Lee firm. to Choy Chun Brothers and Company of the saine place (hereinafter called "the Transferces"), this day.

The Transferces intend to carry on the busi- ness at No. 344, Queen's Road Central, Victoria, aforesaid under the style of "Choy On Lee Chun Kee and will not assume the liabilities, assets or mortgage loans incurred by the Transferrer in the said business-
