NOTICE is hereby given that Medikol Limited, of 11, Ilaymarket, London S.W. and Bloom Street, Salford, Lancashire, England, have, on the 24th day of July, 1929 applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:---

in the name of Medikol Limited, who elaim to be the proprietors thereof.

The trade mark has been used by the ap-

plicants in respect of Medicinal preparation for human use in Class 3.

-The Trade Marks have been used by the Applicants as to the first three in respect of Toilet soap, in Class 48 and as to the last, No. 4, in respect of perfumery (including toilet articles, preparations for the teeth and hair fand perfumed soap), in Class 48.

The said Trade Marks are to be associated one with the other.
