Order made by the Officer Administering the Government in Council under sections 3 and 4 of the Importation and Exportation Ordinance, 1915, Ordinance No. 32 of 1915, on the 10th day of April, 1919.

Rule 41 of the Rules made by the Governor in Council under the above Ordinance is amended by the insertion of the words Serbia, Roumania between the words Greece" and "Spain and by the deletion of the word "and" before the word Morocco' in paragraph (3) thereof and by the addition of the words and Palestine. and Syria, as far north as a line from Alexandretta to Aleppo inclusive, and as far east as the Hejaz railway inclusive, and to all ports in such foreign countries" at the end of the said paragraph.

NOTE 1.-Rule 41 was published in the Gazette of the 31st January, 1919.

NOTE 2.-The effect of the above amendment is to permit the exportation to the places men- tioned of goods in Class (C) in the Schedule to the rule in question.

Order made by the Officer Administering the Government in Council under sections 3 and 4 of the Importation and Exportation Ordinance, 1915, Ordinance No. 32 of 1115, on the 10th day of April, 1919.

The Schedule to Rule 41 of the rules made by tlie Governor in Council under the above Ordinance is further amended by the transfer of the headings "Ferro-alloys" "Hemp" and "Paraffin Wax

'Paraffin Wax" from Class (B) to Class (C).

NOTE 1-Rule 41 was published in the Gazette of 31st January, 1919.

NOTE 2. The effect of the above amendment of the Schedule is that the exportation of Ferro- alloys, Hemp, and Paraffin Wax is now prohibited to all destinations in European and Asiatic Russia and in other foreign countries in Europe and on the Mediterranean, except France and French Possessions, Italy and Italian Possessions, Portugal, Belgium, Greece, Serbia, Roumania, Spain, Morocco and Palestine and Syria, as far north as a line from Alexandretta to Aleppo inclusive, and as far east as the Hejaz railway inclusive, and to all ports in such foreign countries. The exportation of Ferro-alloys, Hemp, and Paraffin Wax was formerly prohibited to all non-British destinations.

No. 159. It is hereby notified that the following society has been exempted by the Officer Administering the Government in Council from registration under the Socie- ties Ordinance, 1911, Ordinance No. 47 of 1911, and its name is hereby added to the List of Exempted Societies, published in Government Notification No. 157 of 1918, under the following heading :--
