No. 49.--It is hereby notified, under Section 6 of the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance, 1900, Ordinance No. 10 of 1900, that the Board of Arbitrators, appointed to determine the amount of compensation to be paid in respect of the resumption of Lot No. 2471, Survey District IV, is constituted as follows:-

It is hereby further notified that the Chairman hereby appoints Tuesday, the 4th day of February, 1919, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon at the Office of the Assistant District Officer, South, Hongkong, as the time and place for the Board to commence its sittings.
